Erin got her haircut the other day. I love it!

Erin’s Chocolate Zucchini cake

This morning after Breakfast, Erin and I made a chocolate zucchini cake and icing, all from scratch!  We had some after lunch and it tastes great!!

Then I used up some of the left over icing to decorate Erin’s sandwich…
